Camilla Cilliborg Boesen Business Executive
Executive Summary
My passion and work lie in the triangle between building businesses, by people, and for a better purpose. In other words; strategic vision, innovation, and the work of bringing it all to life. Preferable in a sustainable model and context. I am a visionary strategist, a creative commercial (or innovation) lead, a change manager, a leader and facilitator, and an advisor in a new direction.
I believe in getting things done. It's all good and well creating big visions and structured strategies, but if you don't engage people at every level of your big idea's contact surface, it will never take off. My work whether it is developing strategies, conceptual work, or business transformation, is always founded on anchoring ideas in actions by letting many people, stakeholders, customers, and peers own them to ensure an outside-in approach more than an inside-out.
I create with multi-disciplinary teams! I shape strategies in large-scale workshops. I transform business using my 20+ years of experience helping large corporations and SMEs succeed in any commercial challenges, and along the way have worked with the best of the best.
Central to my work is my profound understanding of Who needs what done and why. My strength is my ability to bring experts into play to lift the process and the result. I design and lead processes of change through a deep understanding of what change fundamentally requires; psychologically, culturally, and structurally.
My job is to make change transformative, and fun. My portfolio testifies that my impact is to enable humans and organizations to deliver the same; sustainably, ethically, and dynamically.
Core Strenghts

Strategic mindset: I critically analyze and understand the bigger picture of a business, including its goals, resources, and external factors that may impact it. I think strategically about the direction of a company or project and identify change opportunities, using data and market insights to inform decisions.
Empathetic leadership capabilities: I am an inspirational leader who knows how to engage and motivate a team to achieve common goals, using a collaborative and inclusive approach. I practice empathetic leadership and know how to relate to the emotions, experiences, and perceptions of people around me.

2003 – 2016 Founder & CEO Shout! CPH .
I founded Shout! Cph with the ambition of designing and executing events for the city of Copenhagen. Wonderful Copenhagen established an event team at the same time, and I became the event agency behind that team. We developed great concepts as The Little Mermaid’s birthday, an annual PR-event with an enormous global reach. HKH Kronpris Frederik & Mary’s wedding week with 5 big events in Copenhagen. Historic Grand Prix, Kulturåret 2007, and much more.
I grew the agency to 15 employees and opened two branches, one in Singapore in 2005 to serve the 5 Danish Design Companies in Asia and one in Cannes in 2007.
After the financial crises in 2010, I changed the focus of the agency to BtB strategic meetings and events developing and designing both format and content, working closely with CEOs and management. Clients were Nykredit, Radiometer, Roche, Sweco, Novozymes, Astra Zeneca m.fl.
