I am an Executive Commercial Leader and three-time founder with a proven track record of driving growth, transformation and commercial results through strategic partnerships. My background spans elite sport, culture, commercial scale-ups, advisory and tech – where I have built companies from scratch, scaled operations to 30 employees, led turn-arounds and developed commercial strategies across multiple revenue streams.

I consistently create new revenue and measurable ROI by aligning business strategy with market opportunities and designing partnership-led growth models that unlock new value, strengthen brand equity and drive lasting outcomes for business and society. My commercial strength is built through relationship-based enterprise selling, primarily towards Top100 companies in Denmark, which has been the core business model in all my ventures.

I lead through people. I build high-performance environments, empower diverse talent and drive organisations forward with clarity, ambition and accountability. DBU – Danish Football Association – Head of Commercial Partnerships (2025)

• Developed a scalable commercial growth strategy and structured new business model (3-phase pipeline) incl. governance for how DBU commercially prioritises partner development.

• Designed new sales narrative and partnership value frameworks incl. effect measurement logic and ROI modelling for partner impact.

• Designed and implemented a new partnership governance model adopted by national partners incl. Salling and Hummel – creating unified framework, tools & collaboration model.

• Served as executive host for DBU partners at major European tournaments – strengthening strategic relations, creating high-level partner value and elevating federation presence in elite sport environments.

Independent Commercial Growth Consultant (2023–2025)

• Enabled Sport Event Denmark to reposition commercially and become investment-worthy for Danish C20 companies beyond Ministry funding.

• Transformed Living Institute's commercial engine through digitalisation, HubSpot CRM and organisational upgrade — creating scalable pipeline and growth model.

• Developed sustainable digital spin-out strategy for The Social Business Company and redesigned operating model to enable partner-led inbound growth.

Virtual Hive – Founder & CEO (2020–2022)

• Founded and scaled Virtual Hive with DKK 26m valuation and DKK 3.8m capital raised through two funding rounds.

• Designed the commercial strategy end-to-end incl. ICP, GTM, pricing, CRM (HubSpot) — securing 15 enterprise legacy clients + 4 new enterprise wins (Velux, STUK, DJØF, Frederiksberg Kommune).

• Built a scalable digital model enabling global strategic events to shift from high-cost physical formats to digitally hosted formats with dramatically lower cost-to-impact ratio.

Agenda Group – Partner (2016–2019)

• Professionalised and led a new Business Development unit (4 FTEs), shifting the agency fully into B2B strategic advisory, resulting in +20% commercial uplift and higher value engagements.

• Consolidated production and creative capability by acquiring a film production unit to strengthen integrated strategic delivery across concept, content and activation.

• Designed the business case and commercial architecture for a digital strategic event platform, securing commitment from 5 enterprise clients — laying foundation for Virtual Hive spin-out.

Shout! CPH – Founder & Commercial Director (2003–2016)

• Transformed Shout from a B2C cultural event bureau into a B2B strategic experience communication partner — translating corporate strategy into behavioural activation.

• Expanded internationally by opening units in Cannes and Singapore to serve Danish strategic corporate events abroad — positioning Danish brands with culturally aligned activation.

• Led large-scale strategic stakeholder event experiences end-to-end for Danish corporates – including multi-day formats, multi-tier audiences and complex logistics across venues and countries.

• Scaled revenue to DKK 48m and grew the organisation to 30 employees with national/multinational corporate clients incl. Nykredit, Rockwool, Falck, Radiometer and Cook Medical.
